2. Service Categories and Refund Terms
Free Services
All free services, including initial consultations, general inquiries, and basic information requests, are provided without any refund obligations.
Counseling Sessions
- Individual Sessions: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Application Packages
- Profile Evaluation: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no consultation has been conducted.
- Application Assistance: 50% refund available within 14 days if the application process has not begun.
- Complete Application Packages: Refunds are not available once the application process has started.
Test Preparation Programs
- Self-Paced Courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- Live Classes: 70% refund if cancelled 7 days before the program start date.
- One-on-One Coaching: Follows the same terms as individual counseling sessions.
Visa Assistance Services
- Document Review: Full refund within 48 hours if no review has been completed.
- Complete Visa Packages: 50% refund if cancelled before document submission to authorities.
- Post-Submission Services: No refunds available once documents have been submitted.
3. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In cases of documented medical emergencies, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide appropriate medical documentation.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your feedback and may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.
Technical Issues
If technical issues on our end prevent service delivery, full refunds or service credits will be provided.
